strength and flexibility, wear/corrosion resistance. The polished blade is sharpened to a precise, long-lasting edge for accurate cuts.
With sanitation in mind, the Swibo Blades are made with a non-porous Swiss Polyamide, injection molded onto the handle and hermetically sealed around the blade for a secure hold and balance in
addition to an easily sanitizable tool with no cracks or holes.
The non-porous Blade and non-slip Grip Handle join to make this an excellent knife for professional or home use. Recognizable from a mile away, the Swibo Signature Handles are yellow in color
with an ergonomic in shape.
